Catfish in Aluminium Foil

INGREDIENTS:
  • catfish fillets 600 gram
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • dash salt
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced timun
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 lemons thinly sliced

PREPARATION:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place the catfish in Al. foil. Melt the margarine and add lemon juice, salt ,white pepper, carrots, timun, onions. Mix all for a few minutes.

Divide the vegetables between the fillets and top with lemon slices. Fold the foil around the fish so that the juices are held in. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with a salad and bread.
